Easy Fudgy Keto Avocado Brownies Flourless and Sugarfree
Keto chocolate avocado brownies are an easy recipe for low carb and sugar-free. Ultra-rich, veggie-packed, decadent, chocolatey, healthy brownies that you will want to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Everybody in my home love brownies. Particularly, chocolate desserts are my favorites. I tried dozens of brownies recipes. You can check my caramel and chocolate brownies or my keto chocolate zucchini cake recipes that are also decadent, delicious and irresistible.
When I saw a brownie recipe made with avocado I decided to give avocado brownies a try. I made a few changes to the original recipe and create my own keto, low carb, and sugar-free chocolate avocado brownies. What I love about these brownies is the TEXTURE. Once you start to mix the batter you will see exactly what I mean. The batter is super gooey and results in the perfect inside brownie texture.
Will these brownies taste like avocado? Not exactly. The avocado does a great job in the texture production area. No one will know there's smashed avocado in these brownies. All you can taste is the chocolate! Besides, don´t forget that avocados are a great way to get some healthy fat in without sacrificing that flavor we all crave. Plus, the magnesium from the avocados helps with cramps!
Should I use chocolate ou cocoa powder?
You can use both. In this recipe, I use cocoa powder. Cocoa powder provides a deeper chocolate flavor. But this recipe works with chocolate as well.

If you want paleo avocado brownies, you can replace butter by using ghee, but probably need to reduce the amount by 1-2 tablespoons. Ghee has a higher fat content than butter, which is why you'll need a little less.
Now I have a tip for you: DO NOT OVER-BAKE. This is the most important rule for making fudgy avocado brownies. Take the brownies out of the oven when they are just barely set, and still very, very soft. If you insert a toothpick, it should come out with a tiny amount of brownie batter on it that you can roll into a ball between your fingers. If you wait until the toothpick comes out clean, they will be too dry!
Try adding these chocolate avocado brownies to lunch boxes or enjoy them as a late afternoon snack with a cup of coffee. They also freeze well, so they are a perfect addition to your weekend meal prep. They even stay fudgy after freezing them OR eating them cold out of the refrigerator up to a week later.
